Custom Labels, Stickers and Decals

What is the difference between Offset and Digital printing?

This is a very important question. We have devoted a page to dicussing this topic here.

What does "4-color Process" mean?

Four color process describes the printing process that is used today to print the full color that you see in magazines, newspapers, brochures and labels. Basically a color image is separated into the four primary colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (known as CMYK) by the use of filters and screens. The result is a color separation of four images that when printed make up the full color image.

What type of artwork can you accept?

If your company has developed special logos, these are likely to be of sufficient detail to be applied to a label or sticker. Our art department experts will assist you in developing solutions to meet your needs. Whether it is making changes to your current artwork, recreating from hard copy, or custom designing your product, we create the required graphics for crystal clear results.

If you have your own artwork, we will be happy to use it, if it is of sufficient "detail" for our printers. Generally, JPG's are not detailed enough and will give "fuzzy" outlines to graphics and text. We usually work with art files that are 300 DPI (dots per inch) or more. If you have EPS, PDF or similar, it may be sufficient for us. Please feel free to contact us about your files, and discuss with our customer service department.

What quantities do you handle?

Generally for stickers and labels, it is better to have a higher quantity, but we can complete orders for about 20 or more. A lot of the cost of label and sticker production is in the setup of the color plates and arrangements needed to print specific sizes. Once the "master" has been setup, there is very little cost to running off large numbers. So you will hear us say that "the more you order, the cheaper they will be." But if you have special needs, please feel free to contact us for a quote. At the higher end, we can handle up to almost any quantity.

For items usch as promotional products, apparel labels etc., we can effectively provide cost efficient solutions at lower quantities.

For banners and signs, we find that quantities of 2 or more can be very cost effective for your business.

The bottom line is that we are a custom shop, and can handle your special needs.

How long does it take to get my labels?

Generally, it is about 7 to 10 working days. We ship UPS, so you will be able to track the shipping progress online.
