Florida Food And Beverage Vending Machines - Regulatory Required Labels
As of July 1, 2010, Operators of Food and Beverage Vending Machines must include a new label on all their machines, the following information (Florida Dept. Of Revenue, Tax Information Publication 10A01-05, issued June 15, 2010):
Failure to affix this notice with the correct wording may result in a $250 fine for EACH MACHINE.
